Effective date: September 3, 2026. These Terms govern RoadCove and its official support services. Apple’s applicable App Store terms and Standard End User License Agreement also apply.

RoadCove is a recording aid and does not replace attentive driving or dedicated safety equipment. Do not interact with the app while driving.

You are responsible for safe mounting and compliance with local traffic, windshield-obstruction, privacy, and audio-recording laws.

Event detection can miss events or create false positives. Export hashes identify files but do not guarantee legal admissibility.

Camera and platform limits

Continuous camera capture requires RoadCove to remain in the foreground. Calls, app switching, device lock, heat, storage pressure, permissions, hardware support, and operating-system policy may interrupt or reduce recording. Dual-camera availability is not guaranteed on every iPhone.

RoadCove Pro

RoadCove Pro is a one-time non-consumable purchase managed by Apple. Available features, price, taxes, refunds, and family-sharing behavior are subject to the App Store terms and the storefront shown before purchase.

Acceptable use and warranty

Do not use RoadCove unlawfully, to violate privacy or intellectual-property rights, to interfere with vehicle safety, or to manipulate purchase verification. To the maximum extent permitted by law, RoadCove is provided “as is” and “as available.” Mandatory consumer rights remain unaffected.
