Before recording

1. Mount the iPhone in landscape without blocking your view or airbags.
2. Connect power and keep airflow around the device.
3. Confirm camera, storage, and temperature show a healthy state.
4. Use CarPlay for navigation while RoadCove remains visible on iPhone.

If recording stops

iOS does not allow camera capture to continue after another app takes the foreground. RoadCove safely finalizes the current segment on app backgrounding, camera interruption, critical heat, or critical storage, then automatically resumes when the app and camera become available again.

Purchases

RoadCove Pro is a one-time, non-consumable App Store purchase. Open the paywall and choose Restore Purchases if an earlier unlock is not recognized.

Privacy-safe troubleshooting

Include your iPhone model, iOS version, RoadCove version/build, permission status, and the steps immediately before the issue. Do not send a private recording unless support specifically requests it and you choose to share it.
